Falcon overlanders shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the schedule and expenses incurred either directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, injury or damage to person/property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation dangers, fire, accident, bad weather, landslides, political closures, breakdown in vehicles, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, violation of custom/road department regulations, defaults, any untoward incidents or other services resulting either directly or indirectly from any act of GOD and any other causes beyond our control.
Falcon overlanders do not provide insurance to cover the expenses incurred towards accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Participants are advised to obtain appropriate and adequate insurance coverage/policy in their home country before starting the journey. It is the responsibility of the participant to take care of all baggage & personal belongings.
All the participants are advised to drive carefully and strictly adhere to the road safety rules and regulations prevailing in that country. Never go beyond the stipulated speed range even though roads are good. Any violations in safety rules attract heavy fines and may have to face the legal action. The cost of medical treatment is exorbitant if met with an accident in other countries. Hence, advised to read the road safety rules and regulations of destination countries before you start your journey.
All the participants should accept terms and conditions of Falcon Overlanders and should not claim any compensation from the Organizers. Participants are solely responsible for the damages and legal complications arising during their journey.
All the participants are expected to obey the time to time commands from convoy leader. All the participants should drive together always and should not breakaway from the convoy. All the vehicles should stay between the lead and sweep vehicles and should not bypass other convoy vehicles without the permission of the convoy leader except in case of emergency. In case of emergency, convoy leader should be contacted immediately.
Convoy leader will brief the participants every night about next day’s plan such as assembly time, departure time, stops for bio break, coffee break, fuelling, destination etc. All the vehicles must stop together even if participants of one vehicle are not interested to take a break. All the participants should be ready to start the journey everyday morning as per the instructions of Convoy leader. If instructions are not followed, then he reserves the right to disqualify the participants of that particular vehicle and leave them behind and continue the journey.
